A fundamental component of Gentle Giant's mission is making every customer a "customer for life"! Gathering feedback continuously from customers about their Gentle Giant experience is essential to this goal. Following a move, our crew chiefs present customers with a customer comment card. The comment card asks customers to rate the quality of your entire Gentle Giant experience in detail, from the initial inquiry to the moment the trucks leave a customer's new home. This feedback helps us to develop our employees into exceptional leaders, as well as to strengthen our business.
In addition to the formal feedback program, we receive countless emails, letters, and phone calls each day from our customers sharing feedback from their Gentle Giant experience. Many share the unique ways that the Giants eased their worries and fears about moving, treated family heirlooms - and family members - with exceptional care, and helped make them a customer for life.
