I had an amazing experience from scheduling the initial move, store my belongings and the final pick up. Erik answered all my question and helped me scheduled days I needed to get in the storage facility for last arrangements. Craig was great offering support and helping me! Melanie in billing was very responsive and professional

Eric at the Seatac location accepted my shipment from XPO Logistics…held it for a few days before delivery. This was a huge help for me. The delivery crew was great.

Quite exemplary really. Rik H. and his crew packed our house and mini-storage contents within all the constraints we were operating under. At our destination, our property was unloaded to storage (we had not closed on the new house yet) in about two hours.

On the operations administration side, Erik R., Melanie F., and Vidmantas B. flexed with the changes and updates in our move from Seattle, WA to Olympia, WA. Electronic paperwork and forms were timely, complete, and accurate.

This is my third move with Gentle Giant and I remain very impressed with the professionalism, efficiency, and friendliness of the crews. I won’t call any other moving company.

Great crew and they worked very hard. They were respectful of us and our items. I have two reasons for not scoring higher. One is that a bed support was lost and the crew told me they were going to find a new one instead of listing it with the company. They said they’d call me either that night or the next day. Neither happened. I’ve called and left two messages and still no call back. We are 6 days after our move and nobody has called. This is a disappointment. I had also called to confirm earlier in the week that the move would be happening on Saturday morning at 8 to which that was confirmed. I got a call on Friday morning saying they were on their way and would be at the house at 1. That was my one day without furniture to get some wiring done in the house done as well as some other deliveries. It worked out in the end and the crew was great and worked around things. This has been my 3rd move with GG and honestly between those two issues and the increased pricing, I’m not 100% sure I’d do a 4th. I may look into them but it will not be a pick up the phone and book it as I did before without calling anyone else.
