We’re happy to announce that Wilmington Giant Aidan Shea is Gentle Giant’s Athlete of the Month for August!
Aidan is a sophomore lacrosse player at Connecticut College and has been working at Gentle Giant for four years. Before college, Aidan attended the Brooks School, where he played hockey, football, and lacrosse. He was also captain of the lacrosse team during both his junior and senior years.
Aidan sees a lot of overlap between his experience as an athlete and his time at Gentle Giant. He started working with the company at just 16 years old, and the familiar team environment made for a smooth transition. The teamwork, communication, and camaraderie he knew from sports were just as important on the trucks.
Over the years, Aidan has referred more than 10 friends to work at Gentle Giant and has formed lasting friendships with coworkers and managers in both Portsmouth and Wilmington.
We’re proud to have Aidan representing Gentle Giant both on and off the field and happy to recognize him as Gentle Giant’s Athlete of the Month for August!
