Movers were very polite, prompt, and professional.

They were so quick! Also, so understanding when I was unsure where to place things.

I’ve used Gentle Giant for three moves. The first was about 16 years ago. I’ve never had any problems and almost everyone I have worked with have been friendly and knowledgeable. You pay a little more for Gentle Giant compared to some other movers, but you certainly get what you pay for.

Moving is extremely stressful. The guys were kind, quick, asked questions, and made the day goes as smoothly as possible. Everything was wrapped and we didn’t have an issue with any of our things getting to our new home safely (we have countless glass side table, too!) We would absolutely recommend.

The moving crews could not have been nicer or more professional. John, my move coordinator, was responsive and helpful as the closing on my new house was delayed a few days, necessitating extra storage time and unloading my belongings into storage and then reloading back onto trucks before the final delivery. Everything arrived in excellent condition despite this delay/unload/storage/reload. John was very responsive in helping to reschedule the move-in. It was a pleasure to work with Gentle Giant on what was a very stressful move, and I would definitely recommend Gentle Giant as well as use them again. Just excellent service from start to finish!

Clearly, I felt Gentle Giant was the right choice for my move sine this was the second time I used your company in the last nine months ?? My first move went so smoothly the decision was easy.
Krystal and Rachael, got me set up for the move and made the process very easy to schedule the date. Rachael even helped with the change of date at the last minute, which I was very grateful for during these uncertain times.
Sarunas, Scott, Shaun and Dennis were terrific. They worked so hard, while being so kind and helpful during such a difficult time in ALL of our lives. The move from start to finish went off without a hitch, thanks to their teamwork. Gentle Giant will always be on the top of my list to recommend and to use if I move again ??. Thanks so much Annemarie
