Cristian, London, and Charles were the team that moved us, and they were exceptionally kind, professional, and meticulous. They had to work with some unusual stairs moving us out of our third floor walkup, and they got everything out quickly and efficiently. I also want to add that they were very kind and friendly to us on what could have been a very stressful day, and that made move-in day fun instead of a nightmare. I’d recommend Gentle Giant to anyone, and we’d happily work with you again!

They went over everything with me in detail in the beginning, and the end to make sure everything was done the way I wanted it. I have used Gentle Giant 3 times in the last year and a half. Each time our moving team was phenomenal, and this move was no exception. They were very efficient and asked questions to make sure they got things right. Nothing was lost, broken, or damaged.
