Gary and his team were incredible. Arrived on time, professional, speedy, careful and came in under the estimate. When they arrived to unload the truck at our new place, the portion of the street in front of our building was blocked off and they had to park down the street. It was cold and the team had to unload down the block and then walk the boxes and furniture down to the building. They made it work without delay. I couldn’t have asked for a better experience.

Very impressed with how professional the moving team acted all day. They were great with our kids, and very patient with us as we had a lot of “moving parts” that needed detailed attention.

As has been our experience in the past with Gentle Giant, we had a marvelous move. The moving crew was excellent–respectful of our belongings and of us, completely professional and efficient. I want to mention Mantas Veiverys in particular. He oversaw the packing, loading, and unloading, and was on top of all aspects of the move. I would say he was essential to the smooth execution of all aspects of our move. In fact, after the weekend I called Gentle Giant to see if Mantas knew where two things were that I hadn’t been able to find, and he provided explicit directions. Amazing. (I have said below that I would be willing to serve as a reference, but I want to emphasize that I would do so only on a very limited basis.)

The two men who moved our furniture in our house were as capable, courteous, and agreeable as one could ever ask for. They were completely responsive to our needs and determined to get everything done within the minimum time of two hours. They virtually ran up and down the stairs – astonishingly fit!

They were so careful! They planned ahead and foresaw problems and solved them creatively. They worked wonderfully as a team.
