We recycle moving boxes! We are happy to collect your used Gentle Giant/Box Xpress moving boxes free of charge. If you purchased new Gentle Giant/Box Xpress moving boxes for your move, they can be returned for a refund of $0.25 per moving box.

How do you arrange a used moving boxes pickup?

• Contact our Box Xpress team at 877-269-3767 or boxes@gentlegiant.com.
• Break down (collapse or disassemble) your Gentle Giant/Box Xpress moving boxes and consolidate your packing paper in one central location.
• Please note:
  • We only pickup Gentle Giant/Box Xpress moving boxes
  • We requires a minimum of 30 boxes for a free pickup
  • We do not offer trash removal service, moving boxes and paper only

Currently, this service is only regularly offered to Massachusetts customers. However, often arrangements can often be made in our other regions with several days notice.
