The crew was courteous and efficient. They arrived at 4:19 and were finished moving everything at 4:37. They did an excellent job of moving the furniture. There was a problem with admin and logistics. My understanding was that a crew would come between 12-4pm. It would have been helpful to know the time frame changed as I’d budgeted 12-4 and lost those 4 hours. As well, I’m not sure it was ~$600 well spent on my part given the 20 minutes it took to move everything on top of the 4 hour delay. I am a repeat customer and found this to be a one-off compared to prior experiences. I would recommend GG 100% for an actual move. I would not suggest it for smaller moving jobs such as this.
