Dear Larry, I have been a Gentle Giant customer since the 1990’s when I lived in Boston. I am so grateful you are now in the Carolinas. Everyone that helped me with the move provided outstanding customer service. I worked with Andrew and Dominique to set up the move, Rachel was move coordinator. The movers were: Talon, Jevon and David. Talon remembered moving me 18 months ago, nice to see him again. Also, Andrew H. deserves a medal of honor. I moved into new construction and the closing date changed at least 6 times between Dec & Jan. He was so pleasant and helpful to work with. Would recommend movers wear non marking shoes as there were some marks left on the stairs.

The movers were great. I got a 30 minute call ahead and they arrived on time. I appreciated that every piece of furniture was wrapped up so nothing got scratched or damaged. These 3 guys were professional in every way.
