Your Gentle Giant team – Christian, Nathan, Paul, and others moved us last week from Ft. Mill to Windsor Run in Matthews. We’ve done 23 moves during our lives- they ranged from good to mediocre to poor. People are the key; I rate Christian & crew as FANTASTIC! I’d describe them as intelligent, hard-working and efficient (without sacrificing safety or protection of furnishings). I’d be happy to provide a recommendation at any time.

Everything was perfect with this move, starting with booking and continuing through a timely arrival of movers, friendly and expert service. Houston and Damien were efficient as well as fast.
After indicating I would use Gentle Giant, Rachel from the office staff contacted me to confirm my move plan and to answer any questions I had. On packing day, Andrew and his team arrived on time and did a phenomenal job packing my dishes and library. The following day, Andrew and his team brought two trucks, wrapped and packed my furniture for transport, packed the trucks in an orderly manner and delivered my household goods across town to my new home. The team unloaded boxes and furniture to suit my storage space and got everything in place precisely as I asked them to. Andrew, Paul, Houston, Rytis, Ignas, Matthew and Aaron did a terrific job and actually saved me some money in the process. Couldn’t be happier with Gentle Giant’s professionalism and service!
This is our second time using gentle giants and the team of movers were amazing. They were professional, positive, encouraging to one another, and handled all of our items with care. They went above and beyond! Joe was an amazing teacher to his staff. I would hear him very positively inform his guys on the proper way to wrap, carry or handle an item.
The crew was great! Very professional, great communication skills & was careful with all items. Hopefully we have moved into our “forever home”, but if not, we’d definitely use GG again.
