First the sales staff, Matthew C. was very attentive. He understood the plight my daughter and I were in, namely having to hire movers within less than 24 hours. He wasted no time and was able to get me a quote within one hour and successfully coordinated the move. It was a huge relief. Next, the crew, headed by Slavin (?) was absolutely amazing. They were on time, well-prepared and so helpful. It was well over 100 degrees and they never stopped to rest, carrying heavy furniture out of one apartment and up a third floor walk-up with no air conditioning. They were kind and respectful and I am very grateful. It was a perfect move. Could not have been better.

Rather than something to improve I wanted to note that the 3 gentlemen that came to move my items were exceptional from the start.

I did my best to provide access to the truck to park right next to my door but unfortunately due to 3rd party vehicles they could not. They had to park at about a block away and dolly all the items and they did carefully and with great energy! I was very pleased although I felt bad.

They deasembled and assembled the items and carry all items carefully and with patience even though some items were very heavy.

I am very pleased with how they handled everything.

Scott and his team were excellent. They arrived on time, did an amazing job taking out windows and moving furniture from the 2nd and 3rd floor trinity house and the many boxes by stairs too. They were friendly and accommodating and just great!
