Matt, Jared, Andrew and Cameron made the experience actually pleasant. They were all professional, helpful, and industrious. They offered choices with explanations. When they packed my storage unit they organized it remarkably well , with an aisle to access items.
The whole team, Jordan, Jack, Jake and Terrence ensured the move went incredibly smooth. I’m a repeat customer (this was my 3rd move with the company) and will always choose and recommend Gentle Giant. The move team did a brilliant job navigating the narrow main hallway and all of our belongings were very well protected and cared for.

Cristian, London, and Charles were the team that moved us, and they were exceptionally kind, professional, and meticulous. They had to work with some unusual stairs moving us out of our third floor walkup, and they got everything out quickly and efficiently. I also want to add that they were very kind and friendly to us on what could have been a very stressful day, and that made move-in day fun instead of a nightmare. I’d recommend Gentle Giant to anyone, and we’d happily work with you again!

They went over everything with me in detail in the beginning, and the end to make sure everything was done the way I wanted it.
