Six out of five stars for our crew. Matt was excellent as ringmaster and Chloe, Patrick and Wesley were just as good. All were very personable, strong as hell, and did a quick and efficient job of moving us. About 6-1/2 hours start to finish, which was amazing (we only moved six miles). I’d recommend Gentle Giant and this crew to anyone.

The team of Brandon, Cam & Patrick did outstanding work: Moving down the hall to a different apartment presents a unique opportunity to take moving shortcuts, eg by not packing everything into boxes or wheeled storage bins. Since the moving crew moved so quickly that we couldn’t keep up, and quickly fell behind, so Brandon made a few simple suggestions – such as to load the Non-book Bookcase contents into the giant bin on wheels they brought – and we got back on track. They quickly emptied leftover stuff from our closets and other spaces that we didn’t think we’d even GET to. In the end, they finished near the 4hr minimum, and were so pleasant to work with, that they are now my crew, and I will ask for them again next time. My 2nd experience with Gentle Giant and again, they hit it out of the park. Thank you so much –
