The moving crew was great! They worked efficiently and were very professional. The move took longer than they had anticipated, but the crew remained in good spirits throughout the move.

The crew were all very polite, worked exceedingly hard. My move was extensive & not easy for me or your crew. I can’t say enough how much I appreciated their diligent service. Nick, the co-ordinator, was very good at keeping everything moving efficiently. Would give a shout out for Jeff who was extremely helpful especially in creating space planning storage of items not immediately needed. Every one did a good job. Of course it will take quite a while to unpack, so will not know if anything is broken or missing. Although I don’t expect this, will report any as I continue to unpack. Thank you to your staff on the job & those in the office.

Customer service was exceptional in coordinating a move that changed dates during pandemic. Crew was the best moving crew I’ve ever worked with.
Rob L. was a “guardian angel” throughout the difficult task of moving from a home where we had lived for 52 years. He was supportive, fair and accommodating. All my questions he answered in a manner that was both informative and reassuring. The packers who came were careful, efficient and fast. They wasted no time, and nothing was broken or damaged. The movers, Mark and Gerry, were remarkable! As fast and efficient as they were, they were patient, as I ran about a new, unfamiliar house telling them where to locate my furniture.
I do hope their next assignment to Michigan’s Upper Peninsular was a safe and healthy experience, and that they arrived back in Massachusetts without incident. Please extend my sincere gratitude to them especially. Thanks to them, I am settled in to my new home, and can now concentrate on the landscaping during this Summer-like weather out here in Indiana.
