The movers were on time, and were careful with all of our furniture and fragile items. They disassembled and assembled our large furniture and placed them where we wanted. Very friendly and communicative. We will be using Gentle Giant again when we move back into our home that is being remodeled.
Overall the move was good but there was an issue with my bed that caused me to spend 2 hours to fix. GG addressed that through a partial refund.
The team was great! Dom was a terrific guy and the team was wonderful. They communicated regularly, were on time, thoughtful and efficient.
