Gentle Giant helped us pack and move into a temporary apartment during our home renovation, stored our extra furniture for 6 months, and just moved everything back in to our completed home. Every employee we encountered had a friendly, professional, can-do attitude, even when faced with heavy items, narrow doors, crowded loading docks, and multiple trucks going to and from multiple destinations.
Kieffer and Dominique effectively coordinated all the advance details; Javier helped us finish packing (and did a better, faster job than I ever could); Elmer was a great crew chief; and the entire crew did a fantastic job.
I’ve already recommended Gentle Giant to several friends and family. I hope I don’t have to move again any time soon, but Gentle Giant will be my first call if I do.
