The crew was polite, energetic and enthusiastic. Couldn’t ask for better. All my belongings were handled with care.

Crew was excellent. Helpful and professional. No damage to anything or any loss.

I think I already filled out a feedback from like this from our move out of California back in April, so this is just about our move in to Seattle in early September.

We are not yet fully unpacked, but so far it looks as if everything was handled really well, and the crew that moved us in was great.

From move out in San Francisco, to storage to move in in San Diego, G.G. was extremely communicative. There were no surprises. The movers handled our belongings with the utmost respect and care. They were extremely professional. I have not come across any damaged items thus far. Highly recommend. Chris & Ray were excellent unloading the truck to our new house.

I was very impressed with the packing job of the front end team. Not even a single wine glass was broken, which they definitely would have been had I done the packing.

Movers were kind, professional, friendly, and organized. They also made helpful suggestions and also helped organize items such that like items were together, which was very helpful for me. I was looking for a particular item I hoped was packed away in a box…..I told the crew what room I thought the item had been located in and they kept an eye out for boxes labled as having come from that room….and low and behold I found the item in one of the boxes they pointed out!
They were great and I would not hesitate to recommend again.

Gentle giant has helped us move several times, this was the largest. Every time has been excellent: careful, skilled, positive, customer-focused, hard working, responsive, and easy to work with throughout the move!

The customer service was excellent every step of the process. Would not hesitate to recommend or use again.
